---- The industrial area of Aussa-Corno has the port system called "Porto Nogaro," which consists of two public structures: Porto Nogaro "Vecchio" (located near the town of Porto Nogaro), the Porto Margreth structure, as well as the private quay of the former Industrie Chimiche Caffaro, which is accessed through the artificial canal Banduzzi.

The Margreth port area covers 25 hectares, including port quays and back quay areas with infrastructure such as railway connections, covered warehouses, sheds, open storage areas, areas outside the customs zone, weighbridges for trucks and railways, fire-fighting system, ferrous scrap treatment plant, video surveillance system, administrative building, and green areas. The ships operating in Porto Nogaro have an average tonnage of 3-4,000 tons, with peaks of up to 7,000 tons. Due to the river nature of the port's access canal, flat-bottomed vessels have easier entry.
